The Advanced tab is a new design that provides for more sensation for the wearer with an mouth-like opening in the back perfectly fitting for the FTM anatomy. The side pockets melt right into the scrotum for an easy comfortable fit. The wearer's T-phallus is inserted into the mouth opening and the lips (outer labia) side in the pouch sections on the left and right sides. The balls in the scrotum can then be felt by the wearer since their anatomy is attached to the back.
There is no STP cup in this tab version. Instead of your stream landing in the cup and then flowing out, it is carried directly through the shaft for a more cis feeling when you go and zero residual urine afterwards.
