What is the shipping time?

Current production time is 12-24 weeks. This is just an estimation and there is a possibility for delays.

Do you offer a payment plan?

At checkout, you can select Afterpay or Klarna as your payment method. This allows you to buy your product in full now, while being able to make monthly payments over time. You can also simply order in full with your debit/credit using Klarna.

 

Is the Covert for post-op trans men? 

No, this product is designed for pre-op trans men and is truly open for anyone to wear if they please. We have a product called the Slick Meta for post-op metoidioplasty clients and the X-1000 for post-op phalloplasty clients or cisgender men.

 

Do you need to have an Orchiectomy to use the V-1000?

No, you don't need to have any previous surgeries to wear this product and can be worn by cisgender women as well.

 

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes 4" to 8" for our penile prosthetics.

 

What kind of packaging does my order come in?

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on your location. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.

Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship everywhere in the world. Please, check your countries customs regulations before ordering. 

 

How do I select the right skin tone?

We offer Caucasian, Tan, Light Brown, Medium Brown and Dark Brown. The provided CureMate will form a smooth gradient into your own skin tone for a stealth appearance. 

*We offer skin tone customization with a provided photo of the customers forearm.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Also, due to the intimate nature of our products, it cannot be returned. 

If damage occurs, we offer professional repairs. The cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If needed, a replacement item may also be offered at a discounted rate.

Can you shower/swim while wearing the prosthetic?

Yes our products can be worn in the shower or while swimming and will not detach. You can also rinse your product out after swimming using the syringe provided in your attachment kit. 

 

Is it sanitary to wear a prosthetic all day?

Yep! Each product is designed to allow airflow to the wearer's private anatomy. So even when fully attached, the piece can be both rinsed out and aired out. Simply make sure to clean your prosthetic and yourself after each use. (Special cleaning tool provided)

Our products are made with 100% skin safe silicone, however you must still use safe sex practices and use this product at your own risk. If any irritation occurs, stop use immediately.

Do not use silicone-based lubricate. Only water-based.

All tools and materials are included in the Attachment Kit including CureMate, setting powder, mixing sticks/cups, and cleaning tools.

What happens if I damage my prosthetic?

Due to the intimate nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. However a discount may be provided on a replacement item. (Be extra careful not to over extend the outer moving skin layer if that is a feature you plan to order. If tearing occurs, stop use immediately to prevent further damage. The user can do a self-repair with CureMate. 

*Professional repairs are available at a fee to be determined on a case-by-case basis. We can fix just about anything!
